Crown of Lights is an organisation delivering top quality acoustic nights and band nights as well as summer music festivals and at the moment, despite the outstanding quality, it's all free. Based at Heckmondwike and Cleckheaton in Spen Valley and surrounded by all the major towns and cities of West Yorkshire, Crown of Lights is run by a passionate group of music lovers and musicians.
Being located no more than 10 miles from Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax and Wakefield, Crown of Lights is attracting a huge amount of interest from artists based in and around these areas - many of whom are fed up with the money grabbing music promotion culture taking place in these towns and cities.

Although the twice annual festivals do a great deal to fuel the local live music scene, raise the profile of the town, and involve many local school children - future funding is currently uncertain. Please help us convince the local council by adding your name to the cause.
